Not every home is suitable for every situation. Check the main requirements first, so you know what to expect before creating an account or collecting your documents.

Will you be living alone?
You can apply for homes that match your financial situation and any additional requirements shown in the listing.
Do you want to live together?
This is possible for some homes, depending on the size of the property. Living together is permitted in studio's and apartments larger then 25m².
Good to know:
- the tenancy agreement will only be in the main tenant's name;
- we only use the main tenant's income when assessing the income requirements.
Always check the requirements of the home you want to apply for.
Will children be living with you?
Unfortunately, you cannot rent a home from Plaza Resident Services if children will be living with you. Our current homes are not suitable for households with children.
Student without your own income?
That is not a problem. Students can use a guarantor, such as a parent, sponsor or another person who financially supports them.
Your guarantor must meet both income requirements:
- at least €40,000 gross income per year;
- a monthly income of at least three times the monthly base rent.
You remain the applicant. Always create your account using your own name and contact details, not those of your parent or guarantor.

Then you can generally apply for homes that match your profile.

- Browse our available homes for free.
- Check the requirements in the listing.
- Create an account when you want to apply.
- Complete your personal and financial details.
- Upload the required documents.
- Apply online for an available home.
Important: we review your documents when you become the first candidate for a home. Completing your profile or uploading your documents does not mean they have already been approved.
