Easily create your account here. With this account, you can respond to a property easily and quickly. It is not obligatory to register in order to view our offer, but without an account you cannot respond to an interesting property. Moreover, an account also gives you some advantages, such as the possibility of uploading your personal documents in advance. This way, you will only find properties that match your income and you will receive suggestions based on your wishes. So make sure your account is kept up-to-date and your details are correct. Changes can easily be made via your personal page.

Registration fee
Registering on NewNewNew costs €25 registration fee. This allows you to respond without obligation for one year to all accommodation that suits your needs and financial situation. You will also receive (if you wish) a message with the most recent offer of accommodation that matches your wishes and budget. If you find accommodation through us, you will receive your registration fee back after signing the contract.

Resident children
It is not possible to qualify for accommodation at Plaza Resident Services if you have children living with you.

Living together?
Cohabitation is allowed, depending on the size of the property. But please note that the contract is entered into only in the name of the main tenant. Also, when assessing income, only the income of the main tenant is considered.

Your income details
You can find your collective income on the income statement that you request from the Tax Administration.
