You do not need an account to view our available homes. However, you do need an account to respond to a property.

With an account, you can:

1. respond to available homes;
2. upload your documents in advance;
3. see homes that match your situation;
4. receive suggestions based on your preferences and budget;
5. keep track of your responses in your personal account.

Please make sure your details and documents are always complete and up to date. You can update your information at any time on your personal page.

Registration fee

Registering on NewNewNew costs €27.50.

This allows you to respond to suitable homes for one year. If you wish, you can also receive updates when new homes become available that match your preferences and budget.

If you find a home through us and sign the rental agreement, we will refund your registration fee.

Children

It is not possible to rent accommodation from Plaza Resident Services if children will be living with you.

Living together

Living together may be possible, depending on the size of the property.

Please note that the rental agreement will only be in the name of the main tenant. When we assess the income, we only take the income of the main tenant into account.

A few minutes of your time

Registration only takes a few minutes. You will be asked to fill in your personal details, housing preferences and financial information.

Based on this information, we can show you homes that match your situation.

Your income details

We need your income details to check which homes match your financial situation.

If you have your own income, please fill in your income details and upload the required documents.

Are you a student without your own income? Then you can use the income of a parent, sponsor or other guarantor. In that case, fill in the guarantor’s income details and upload their proof of income in your account.

Please keep your documents up to date. We only check your documents when we are able to offer you a home.
