This studio accommodation is part of the Reserved Accommodation Programme for new international UU Bachelor's students planning to enroll in September 2024. When applying for this offer, Utrecht University will assess your eligibility. Each studio is fully furnished and equipped with a bed, desk, bathroom, and kitchen. Additionally, the building features various facilities, including a lounge and meeting area, a coffee corner, a media and game room, as well as a laundry room and study room.

All rooms in the complex are fully furnished and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including essential furniture such as beds, desks, chairs, and wardrobes.

In addition to your own comfortable room, the complex also offers nice, shared facilities.

You can easily park your bike in the convenient racks located at the main entrance of the buildings. 

While we do not have our own parking garage, you can easily find paid parking options in the nearby area.

 
Laundry room
You can easily wash and dry your clothes in our modern, well-equipped laundry room, which features efficient washing machines and dryers. Whether you want to quickly refresh your wardrobe or have larger amounts of laundry, this facility makes laundry day much easier. With the handy Pay2Wash app, you can easily operate and pay for the machines, allowing you to do your laundry hassle-free.
MyPup
With the MyPup Pick Up Point, all your packages are securely delivered to your apartment complex, ready for you to collect at your convenience. Returning items is just as simple—the courier will pick up your returns directly. Using the MyPup app, you can effortlessly open your locker with a unique code. No extra costs, just maximum convenience!
