Bicycle Storage and Parking Spaces

We have bike storage available at the main entrance of the building, where you can securely park your bike. Each living space has room for one bike. Additionally, there are also parking spaces available for the complex, so you can easily park both your bike and your car.

 
Laundry room
You can easily wash and dry your clothes in our modern, well-equipped laundry room, which features efficient washing machines and dryers. Whether you want to quickly refresh your wardrobe or have larger amounts of laundry, this facility makes laundry day much easier. With the handy Pay2Wash app, you can easily operate and pay for the machines, allowing you to do your laundry hassle-free.
