Our complex offers a comfortable living environment with fully furnished studios. Each studio is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, allowing you to move in immediately.

Residents have access to communal facilities, including a laundry room. The location is central, with good connections to public transportation and nearby shops.

  • Students with a temporary rental contract (maximum 1 year)

All rooms in the complex are fully furnished and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including essential furniture such as beds, desks, chairs, and wardrobes.

In addition to your own comfortable room, the complex also offers nice, shared facilities.
Bicycle Storage and Parking Spaces

At the front of the building, there is a covered and secure bike storage area where you can safely park your bicycle. Additionally, there is a parking lot available on the side of the building.

 
Laundry room
You can easily wash and dry your clothes in our modern, well-equipped laundry room, which features efficient washing machines and dryers. Whether you want to quickly refresh your wardrobe or have larger amounts of laundry, this facility makes laundry day much easier. With the handy Pay2Wash app, you can easily operate and pay for the machines, allowing you to do your laundry hassle-free.
