Our complex offers a comfortable living environment with fully furnished studios. Each studio is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, allowing you to move in right away.

Residents have access to shared facilities, including a spacious lounge and laundry room. The location is central, with good connections to public transport and shops nearby.

Starting in mid-June, approximately 150 housing units will become available at our complexes in Amsterdam! These homes are intended for:

  • Students with a temporary rental contract (maximum 2 years)
  • Young people under 27 with a youth contract (maximum 5 years)

All rooms in the complex are fully furnished and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including essential furniture such as beds, desks, chairs, and wardrobes.

The building has a secure bike storage area and a parking lot on the 5th and 6th floors, accessible by an elevator.

You can easily wash and dry your clothes in our modern, well-equipped laundry room, which features efficient washing machines and dryers. Whether you want to quickly refresh your wardrobe or have larger amounts of laundry, this facility makes laundry day much easier. With the handy Pay2Wash app, you can easily operate and pay for the machines, allowing you to do your laundry hassle-free.
MyPup
With the MyPup Pick Up Point, all your packages are securely delivered to your apartment complex, ready for you to pick up at your convenience. Returning items is just as easy: the courier will take your returns directly. With the MyPup app, you can effortlessly open your locker using a unique code. No extra costs, just maximum convenience!
